Swordfish Belly is high in heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids and low in saturated fats. The texture is buttery and melt in your mouth. Enjoy it with any sauce, marinade, glaze or topping of choice. We enjoy it grilled with a chunky salsa on top and our favorite way is to baste the swordfish with glaze then place under the broiler until the glaze has thickened.
