Description
Yellowfin Ahi Tuna from Hawaii is our favorite raw or seasoned with salt and pepper then roll the steaks in sesame seeds until both sides are coated. Heat oil in a sauté pan on high until the oil is nice and hot then sear the steaks for about 45 seconds per side without moving them. In just 3oz of tuna you can get 25g of protein and .5g of fat wich makes for an ideal food of choice for a low carb high protein diet. Great source of vitamin B, omega 3 fatty acids, potassium and magnesium.
